By reserving a yacht or utilizing our Service, you consent to be legally bound by these Terms. Should you not accept these terms in their entirety, you are not permitted to benefit from the Service.

2. Service Overview

MiddleResourceHub offers luxury yacht charter services, which include, but are not limited to the following options:

• Daily yacht rentals
• Sunset cruises
• Corporate retreats
• Private events
• Multi-day charters

We provide these services based on their availability and the prevailing weather conditions. We have the right to make alterations to or discontinue any service without prior notification.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When booking a yacht, you must:

• Be no less than 18 years old
• Provide truthful and complete details
• Submit the specified deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed upon payment receipt and issuing of our written confirmation. We hold the discretion to decline service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

All yacht charters are subject to the boat's availability as well as suitable weather conditions. We strive to fulfill your requested dates and timings to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted rates are in € and incorporate all applicable taxes, unless declared otherwise. We maintain the right to adjust our prices without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: Payment of 50% of the total cost of the charter is required at the time of booking
• Balance: Must be settled 48 hours before the departure of the charter
• Additional charges (if any): To be paid at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment such as major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank checks, and our payments are processed through secure systems with encryption.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If canceled more than 72 hours before departure: Full refund excluding processing fees
• If canceled 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% of payment is refunded
• If canceled less than 24 hours before departure: No refund is provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain deem weather conditions as unsafe, we pledge to provide:

• An opportunity to reschedule your charter for a later date without any extra charge
• A full refund in case rescheduling proves impractical

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If the designated vessel encounters mechanical issues, we will attempt to supply an alternate suitable option. Should no alternative be available, you will receive a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers are required to:

• Obey all instructions given by the crew
• Use the safety equipment when needed
• Inform of any medical conditions that may impair their safety
• Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Passengers may not bring aboard items such as:

• Glass receptacles
• Unlawful substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Excessive amounts of drinks (beyond reasonable consumption)
• Pets (except if pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a considerate manner. Any passenger behavior presenting a safety hazard or detracting from the enjoyment of others will lead to the termination of the charter without reimbursement.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our responsibility is confined to the amount paid for the charter. We are not liable for:

• Injury to individuals attributed to their own negligence
• Loss or damage to personal effects
• Resultant, unintended, or punitive losses
• Delays due to weather or situations outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive maritime insurance is maintained by us on our vessels and during operations. It is your duty to arrange for personal travel and possession insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By availing of our yacht charter services, you comprehend that marine activities bear inherent dangers, and you assume full accountability for your personal well-being and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the authority to make alterations to itineraries, routes, or schedules due to factors such as weather conditions, safety needs, or operational demands. We will endeavor to provide satisfactory alternatives.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held accountable for any hold-ups, adjustments, or cancellations brought on by events outside of our control, such as but not restricted to:

• Extreme weather events
• Natural catastrophes
• Legislative regulations
• Dock shutdowns
• Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is managed according to our Privacy Policy, and by accessing our services, you agree to the gathering and use of such information as detailed within the Privacy Policy.
